well just giving them your client xD.
if you just setup your server straight forwrad(no hamachi thingy) w/ or w/o router, then just give them your client/website and your done xD.
have router or not, check the gameserver/gameservercs/connectserver port here if its opened => canyouseeme.org
if you are using hamachi then they need to join your network. before they can play.
