Yeah the /make command doesn't work for me either (got custom /drop command though) but it is in there by default... maybe webzen removed this from gameserver? I don't know

if your using scfmt files you need to go to gameserver file and add your name into the gmsystem.

if you have scf files only after correctly config SCF_GMSystem.txt you can use /item command
