Grand Reset Button Suddenly Not Responding [MUCore]

Hi anyone know how to fix? I ddint do anything yet the Grand Reset Button is not working even the requirements is completed, I'm using MU Core, After you click the Grand reset button, Nothing is happening... Any Help?

PS: When I tried to GR myself, it works very well, When i tried to Grand Reset those accounts that people can't, It works fine as well, It's weird that on my side, the GR system is working w/o any problems but majority of em, it's not working. This is the 1st time I encounter this kind of Issue.

go to config.cfg enable Debug mode to 1
login on admincp/ then go to site and click grand resetbutton and it should usually show some error why it dont show etc.
then u can experiment to fix
