Last night i was running this Server in good condition [Windows 7] and last night too i reformat my laptop and switch to Windows 8.And now i got this :(
I try to reinstall. i tried to open Dota 2 and its good. no problem in Video card i think? not sure.
Try this go and download another mu and test to see if it has the same issue if not its just ur client.
