probably because files are not stable ask better the author of the thread, also what sql u use? and what windows?

its better you change SQL version to sql 2008 because ur windows server is not 2003 or XP (old version)
when u have VPS win server 2008/2012 use always atleast sql 2008 its more secure and stabilty is better.
