Try run DataServer with run as administrator (maybe something crashed your OS).
Hope it helped.
P.S. : I had the same problem once with win 7 and running as administrator solved my problem.

Don't forgot to run your "Reg"file.
Use Reg File.

is not a big problem .. make >> Properties > Copatibility> Change Settings for all user >> tick , Run this program in pmpatibility mode for :
and choise what windows you used and to final , tick Run this program as an administrator and Apply OK . and make that to all programs who give you that error . or add adytzzu_love skype and i help you .
