@ onecore, if you want to use OBDC, open your SQL Service manager and instead of host=127.0.0.1 make it the name of the sql service like ex, instead of "127.0.0.1" make it "YOURNAME-LOL2095920" which is from the sql service.

what SQL version are you using anyway ?
if it is 2005 already then you need
to use the SQL name as Seighart said
