I already test this template on XAMPP 1.7.3, everything works, but you must edit template index.php (add Quick Links = website Menu).

btw i have an error bro -_- maybe its not for 1.7.3 :( and i tried 1.7.1 for Webzen template but i think its error cuz theres no menulinks in the sidebar and cant log-in :< thanks bro :)

I try this template on XAMPP 1.7.3, and its work, but there isnt Quick Links in templates index.php, so you must add php code. I am not php coder, so I dont know how you can add quick links, but try to find in another template index.php code for left Menu.. Or ask php coder how can you add it.
