well you better change the OS ... i recomend you win2k3 and SQL2000 + SP4 ...

try installing microsoft visual basic

or change ur service pack

otherwise install other OS.

get some1 that would set up server for u if u dnt know how or wat to do. Better pay 100$ and get it nice done then waste time...
