make sure you install .net framework 3.0
if i install .net framework 3.0 on my windows xp sp2 will help or it is the same??
Already have Netframework 3.0 And ti still doesnt work.
i think its not the computer but a router prob...
i dont have router...and i have problem :((
I think i resolve it... whot name you use for DB??
MuOnline_Ranking and MuOnline_Data or
Ranking and MU2003_EVENT_DB??!!
If u use the secondo, the ODBC of luciano aren't correct, installe a ODBC of other version 1.0.0.16 wich have the same DB.
The Crash is a prob of connection from SERVER to DB! ;) t
try IT!
no dude its not a prob of that. Cuz the main conenction is MuOnline and not muonline_ranking and event.. Gs's dont use MuOnline_Event and MuOnline_Ranking
I used:
MuOnline
MuOnline_Ranking
MuOnline_Event
and stock ODBC.
works fine on my Win2k3 Server(SP2), MSSQL2k v5.2(SP2)
OMG WHATS THE PROB?!?!?! im tired of this =(
I have the same as you.
damn you tired....me boored.... :|
if i install Win2k3 Server(SP2) and sql 2005 are there any chances to work fine?
one man said to me that these files are packed with ASPACK try to unpack them
files which are packed with aspack...are impossible to unpack :P
wait...i've started unpacking lucianoaibar beta 39 server files...
try i think, there were no be lags if you unpack them
they are not even packed
gameserver.dll is packed ;)
still doesnt work
the gs lag problem it s only in beta 39 ?
beta 38 doesn t have lag?
you ON cs gamecenter?? me when run i laging
since beta 29 its doing it
Server2003, SQL2000 - both developers edition for server files, db, website, forum -- using XP Home SP2 for GS 1 and GSCS , and using XP Home SP2 running only GS2.
I also run another server using the same files, but using XP SP2 with SQL2000, and the game servers are also running on machines with the same operating system.
These game servers don't appear to have any problems at all with lag -- but, again, I don't have near 100 players online at one time lol....yet^^.
The ONLY thing I have done different from the standard setup / file usage - is the joinserver. I use a 1.03n one for the md5, but that will not change anything. I am thinking like you, that this problem may go back to the fact these are packed files - there was so much discussion on this.
The lag everyone is talking about here - is it consistent, or does it appear to be "timed"?
I did have an instance today where it seemed as though it happened on an interval -- I dismissed it as a "me problem" because I had been abusing the /reload function.
Maybe soon someone can at least identify the problem. It would be good to know that because the pack, we could only have x number of players online without problems. I could at least add more servers then based on number of players more accurately.
GL to everyone finding the answer! If I see anything useful, I will post back.
GS Freeze and then people dc
We all have this problem i'm just trying to figure out how to solve it...i know stuff bout coding but this is insane...i can't imagine a way of solving this problem :S:S
