[Help] 1.02Q item drop bug

Hello there!
I have a server with 1.02Q version, properly configured and running, but there is this one bug:
Time to time happens when regular items can't be dropped or sold, it says: "Reinforced items cant be sold/dropped" But it's not reinforced or anything, just a common item. After reconnect or character switch, works fine again.
Anyone can comment, what could be cousing this?

make try 2 Put again data and gameserver and connect coz sometimes problem we put in txt someting wrong
