[help] 1.02Q Item Option Dont changing in server side (error LOOP 33 Index 0)

i have some probs
1. when i change item option (like who wear tham) its do nothing in the client side i see that i can wear the item (like 2nd wings of bk for MG) ,i changed this in the client side ..
bat i cant wear it i have in my server side KOR and CHS
when i change it in kor (or put ther english translate) data server show error LOOP 33 Index 0 ....

2.wer i change the settings of wer the item be droped or from what monster

3.how can i change the success rate of items with luck ?!
becuse its somehitng like like 10% i just cant to do items +luck higher than 7
and items no luck i success to do +9
and how to change the rate of chaos machine becuse to crate wings lvl 2 its 13% of success :( and i dont know wer to change it :\

Yoг must change:
/data/lang/kor/item(kor).txt (Server Side)
/data/local/item.bmd (Client Side)

Nowhere ;) You can change only Drop Monster Levels at /data/lang/kor/item(kor).txt

You can Hex GS, or use releases with this options in .ini ;)

13% Rate Only with Bad Excellent Items ;) With top Excellent Items Rate More than 13% I Think ;)
This Can be changed only with GS Hexing or using Releases with this option in .ini ;)
