    Question [help] 1.02q server

    Hi,

I've read plenty of the 'disconnection error' posts and still I can't find a solution to my problem.
Problem: I get disconnected as soon as I open the client
    Information:
    I have used a d:\ drive emulated(subst method), if that's really needed.
I've followed the Full 1.02Q Server Guide (1.2Q Full Guide).
I'm using SQL Server 2005 though, it doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem though, since
the server recognize the dbs without problem(actually the server loads fine, no problem at all).
I got that client in the guide.
I rechecked the files needed to insert the ip/sql pass and they are right.
I used the launcher builder and configured it for my ip (127.0.0.1) and port 44405(default port).
Closed firewall to make sure there was no blocks and disabled antivirus auto protection.
Luncher seem to recognize the server since it gives me the ping (0ms/1ms, since it's a local server)
As soon as I launch the client and the loading ends, I get the message "You are disconnected from Wind".

I'm new to MU in general, but the server configuration seem to be ok, it seems more like the client isn't recognizing the server.

    Thanks for your time.

    Bye.

Hmm, not possible at all, if I'm not connected the ip of localhost will always be 127.0.0.1,
also, being my ip dynamic, it isn't possible to predicted which IP I'll get when I connect.

    Thanks.
