About arena i think it's easy just cant figure out,so help me please.

and quest item drop, if i will kill 10 mobs around me will be 10 quest items,how to fix that to normal 1quest item drop?

You can get int arena.. dont worry just download ANY other clients season1/2/3/4/5/6 and copy from Data folder the folder named "World7" and then paste it to your client and re-test if still not then try from other client untill u get it.
u can change rate of quests somewhere in the quest system mate, i dont know those files that much but in Data folder find quest .txt somewhere and find scroll of empreror and chagne the rate to 30/40 50 or something ..its only for u btw cus u didnt do the quest so if u do it it wont drop more.

Under empreroscroll it says 1000 on the 2 lines, change that to 50 or something / restart and test, im not sure cus i dont use those files.
