[Help] Change succes rate in chaos machine for wings.

Hi all.. I have a problem.. In my server is small success rate for 2lvl / making 3lvl feather and 3lvl combine wings . Can someone tell me how can i change the success rate to bigger? I am using 1.04h Luciano serverfiles 41beta

It's in your gameserver.exe or if you have a gameserver.ini check there ;D
