the 1st and 3rd picture you can change it on TEXT.BMD on client located at Data\Local folder.

on the 2nd pic i think its on message.wtf in your serverfiles located at Data folder

edit server.info at MUSERVER->GAMESERVER->DATA-serverinfo.dat

EDIT message.wtf , at muserver->data->message.wtf use the same tool to edit it ;)
