[Help] cs problem

i use MMT release files and some times i get this eror on connectserver:

all serv work 100% dont have athore problems just this sometimes have some1 a solution??? thanks

THANKS MAN but 1 question i use mmt release so i think gs is packet o.. i change that just in cs ? wil work ?? this is only solution???
can be another i use win sp2
