[Help] db problem mssql problem

Hello
i have a problem.
i installed everything right the sql the databases the odbc's.
now when i install a website every thing is ok but when i make first account through the site register it works but when i try to do another account i get this msg

i tried re install everything the sql server the app server i tried so many times but still cant..

when im openning accounts through mu editor i seccsess..
please anyone ?! im paying for my server and wasting time and money when its down.. thats my last problem in it . please any one ?

IF ur are using md5 db u need to set ur web to md5 reg ... and stop flooding...

and im not using md5 im using 3 data bases.
muonine ranking mu2003_event_data.
it worked. i dont know what happend .. can some one help me solving this problem ?
