I have port forwaded 4405 and 55901 but when i check it on open port check tool website it said

Success: I can see your service on 71.202.186.253 on port (44405)
Your ISP is not blocking port 44405

Error: I could not see your service on 71.202.186.253 on port (55901)
Reason: Connection refused

it seems that your Internet service provider doesnt allow you to open your port forwarded ports.

some ISPs have blocked certain ports due to security reasons or they dont allow their users to do it. (like hosting website etc2.)

but there is an alternative, use hamachi for your users to connect.

i dont want others to connect right not cuz i cant even connect myself...

10.0.0.10 ? what is that ip.

go to cmd>type ipconfig > and copy the IPv4 ip there dont use 10.0.0.10 except if its the right one.
