[Help] domain.com

So lately i have buyed a .com domain at www.domain.com and i want to put my website on the new domain but im having some dificulties. My site is like this Not Found: example.no-ip.biz .. Now if someone would tell me how can i make a redirect or something so if someone types Example Web Page it will go to Not Found: example.no-ip.biz.. I tried DNS settings and url forwarding in the account at www.domain.com but no succes:(

make a index.html and for the code put this:

I have my site: h.ttp://example.no-ip.biz:8080 with easyphp webserver and ppl can connect fine with this site..

My question is: how can i change my site URL to www.muzicmu.com ?

the website should have a url forward feature, forward your ip adress to the domain.. if not possible, try a refund cuz it sucks :)
