[help] Error in Join Server ( v.97 )

Hi Guys, can someone help me ?
When i start join server it makes an error:
Server Login Start
WSASend() failed with error 10013

I tried to start it without no-ip but there wasn't any differences.
My Version is 97.00

Try putting your local ip in the commonserver.cfg and the joinserver link.

check your link!
check commonserver.cfg

If u use the serverstartup file, be sure then u changed all the ip's in D:/Muserver and then the file Startup
