[HELP] ExDB error!

Hey guys whenever i try to run my ExDB, it starts and then it says "ChattingServerIP=" and then the ExDB closes. I cant figure out the meaning of this error, even though i tried to look through as many guides as possible. Please tell me what is wrong.

i guess u didnt enter ip or pass in exdb ini file..

are you using a startup program, links, or just going into the directories and clicking directly on the exe files????
