[Help] FireScream skill bug

Hi to all,

Once again i need your help my fellow friends...

I made a DL character with 32000 on all stats. The problem is when i use Fire Scream skill it doesn't hit the monster. But when i lowered the Agility to 2500 its working fine. Is there any way to fix this.

Kielen this bug is very boring
you can repair it all server have this bug ;)
