[Help] Game Server Has Stopped Running??? T.T

Hi my system is on window vista premium. I am trying out 1.02n server file. All my links runs perfectly but for my gameserver.exe when i run it by administrator it does pop up with a screen like it would for server file 1.02d but it just pops up a windows error saying Game Server Has Stopped Running... i've tried using another 1.02n server file and still this error just keeps on occuring. I tried Ignoring the .exe on DEP but still it has that windows error T.T plzz help!!!
