[Help] GameServer Crash

Ok theres alot of problem like that I have seen all the thread and the server still cant work. I using noobie's guide, I have also posted about the same problem at his guide.
Theres basically no problem with login in but when I choose character and going ingame it will stay loading. The link 09 GameServer cant work everytime i click it the system will put "GameServer has stopped working." I am using Windows Vista and I switched off the User Account Control (UAC) and Data Execution Prevention (DEP).

GameServer Log.

GameServer log is empty.....but the GameServerCS_CW worked. Btw wads the difference between GameServerCW_CS and GameServer?
