[Help] gameserver dosn't load

when i open the Gameserver i get this error message i downloaded the file that it siad was missing, i put it in the game server folder .......... nothing, i put it in the system32 folder (like i read in some posts) in windows..... nothing still says that same error, what is wrong with the gameserver... plz i need to fix this...

try other server files or format ur PC and reinstall windows
