[Help] GS-CS 99.96 from GOE

I have a problem with the Guardian of Land of Trials. If the GM of guild Owner of CS open to all. All guys can enter there (In Land of Trials), but if him close (in the case only guild members can enter there, right?) nobody can enter in Land, just GM and nobody else.

Somebody can help me with this?

If the Lord of the Castle closes the LOT to the public, only his guild members and allies will be able to enter.

Yes, I know, but he does not function here of this form, therefore you asking for the one help of you. Here when the Lord of Castle closes nor the members of its guild enters, only him.
