[HELP] How many can play my server with no lag?

Hi i have
20mb download and 1mb upload normally stays around 20mb!
i have a computers specs of:
8GB ddr3 ram Sli
Quad core extreme overclocked to 12ghz
Water cooled(thanks GOD)
2GB network card
if you can tell me fast thanks GHOST!

Download does not matter, it's an upload problem...With 80-100 ingame site will load slow
