[HELP] How to edit GS - 97d+99i ...

Hey friends,

How i can edit the GS 97d+99i, because when i click on some shop or the storage, the shop says "Welcome To XXX-Mu, XXX-Mu Rules or something like that i wanna edit this for my server.

there are many editors for 97+99D editor, go to release section, and in dios pinned thread, there are some good working editors

I edited it with WTF editor. Thank you. :)

P.S. Now if someone have time for explain me how to edit the client when it connect to write: Welcome in XXX Server ... and something like that ... and to change when you start the game and there is a logo, to change it ?
