[Help] How to restore Guild and GuildMember tables?

I have crashed my Guild and GuildMember tables in SQL. I have a back' up, But I don't want to use it on exiting Database. How to copy those tables from back'up that they would work? I mean I can copy them, but I loose primary keys or smth. And in game Guilds don't work.

don't copy, use export

heh ;) I use export, but if I export those two tables, I lose all primary keys etc...
