Can somebody give the the full list of the GM Commands ?

Depends on what server are you using.
Here goes the main ones:
1. /move <charname> <mapnumber> <x coordinate> <y coordinate>
e.g. /move Janka 6 60 60 - moves character Janka to stadium at coordinates 60 60
2. !text e.g. - !Hello world - prints a text in the middle of the screen
3. /disconnect <charname> e.g. - /disconnect Janka - disconnects character Janka from the server.
4. If you're using lucianos server files, there is a /drop command.
e.g. - /drop A B C D E F G
A = Item group (read Items.txt)
B = Item sub-index (read Items.txt)
C = Level (from 0 to 13)
D = Skill (0 or 1)
E = Luck (0 or 1)
F = Option (0 to 7)
G = Excellent option
Sum these numbers:
1 = Mana recovery after monster hunt +mana/8
2 = Health recovery after monster hunt +HP/8
4 = +7 Speed
8 = More damage +2%
16 = More damage +level/20
32 = Excellent damage rate +10%

Use google to find more, but you can livo on with these few as well ^^

i already know those ... i realy dont understand why you all cant understand me when i say ALL COMMANDS THAT A GM CAN USE

i mean like

/skin 1/1000
/disconnect
/kickall
/disablechat
/guildmove
/guilddisconnect
/setblock
/setunblock


and all other commands .... Blood Castle Commands ,Chaos Castle , Castle Siege :| .... i had them 1 time ... but i dont know where i moved them .... i think i erased them ....

Commands that can (make a player /evo ) or add them xp or make their level vrom 1 to 400
