[Help] installed all but what now?

i made my first server with Karli guide, link :

and i made all right i think.
also installed MuMaker and logged into it with my username and password.

but what now?
how i can make a website to let users registar?
and what about the clint? what i have to pack and upload? wich files?
i'ts my forst time that i open any game server.
i have VPS and i installed the game on it (100mbit connection).
so if you can give me any help i will be glad!
also if the help will be in hebrew it will be perfect.
but inglish is perfect to.. (much better).

so if you can help me and give me some information what i have to dod and how i will be realy glad!

in order to open a website, check the tutorials section once various guides exist.

as for the client, everything is important. lol
