You don't convert the thing you have posted :-) or not exacly that, download the mubagshopeditor, create items with it and edit with it. It generates both shop code and hex code, watch it and observe how it does change wich parts are changing :-).
Ass for reading and putting into wearhouse it's even more complicated since every items.
If i didn't removed the php class when i was working on mu wearhouse i may post it here so you may work with it ;-).
If i will have some time i may develop one with guide so every php coder may create something cool cause i have not much ideas ;-)

Well as i said maybe even tonight i will post here a premade class for reading wearhouse but but not yet for writing since i need to think of what would be the best way to write it.
