[Help] Lang bug, game shop bug and webshop bug

Okey i have 3 problems my server files are 99b
1: The Langluage language is in hieroglyphs.. not all of it but when i exit the count down... ext ext...
2: The shops in the game are not opening.. o.O
3:When i put from my webshop v09 item anytipe ... i get someting else if i put kundum staff i get a random sometign but not what i wanth... omg how to fix it ?

edit: okey the (1: and 2:) are fixed i think..... But when i go to one shop in lorencia i see this .. x_X

But still seriosle i need to fix the webshop and i don't know from wher is the bug comming

Okey i will explane it one more time....
I have now 2 problems...
1 when i throw box of kundum... the server goes down...
Second the web shop does not give the right items
