[HELP] LastMoveTime Error

Hi friends, in my server.. when some character use the warp to teleport a town.. when he appear in the town and walk he go back for 2 seconds where he was teleported.. like a small and fast lag.. but my server don't have lag.. and when it happens in my GS appear this:

i think your server has a anti move hack or something, just disable it if you can.

LastMoveTime will help to catch speed hackers =)

but in my server when all use the WARP and when they are teleported the can't move couse they walk and go back to the same place again for 2 or 3 seconds... and then they can walk.. while in my GS appear this fkng error.. plz help T_T i don't have this "Move Check = 1" in my config files.. T_T
