    Re: [Help] Luciano's DataServer Bug

    A few things to check
-Did the server files have the same version of dataserver?
-When was the last time you formatted and reinstalled your pc? ( a lot of crap can mess up a lot)

    Re: [Help] Luciano's DataServer Bug

Check your firewalls. I would recommend turning off Windows firewall, and using a stand alone one like comodo, zonealarm, or sygate. Then set it up to allow permissions to / from your router address, i.e. 192.168.1.1 - port 44406 or whatever game port you are using.

Also, your antivirus may be interfering with your connection. A lot of shields try to "read" the data that's being transmitted and received before passing it on -- disable your antivirus to check, if that takes care of it -- start checking your settings, or get a new antivirus.

Just some suggestions - good luck, hope it helps!

    Re: [Help] Luciano's DataServer Bug

Next thing I'd try is checking your switches, hubs, and/or router -- I had a switch go out on me that gave me a similar problem. Usually if it's just started to happen, and if it is your router - you can reset the router by unplugging the power (let it cool down about 10-15 min). When you plug it back in, see if the problem is still there. If this solves it for you, don't do like me and rush out and buy one^^ -- it could have been a power drop / spike (doesn't take much) to lock something up - guess you would know if it happened again.

I hope you're able to get it all working. GL!

    Re: [Help] Luciano's DataServer Bug

hmmm if you setup using luciano's guide then you do not need router and stuff, because everything is local.. but wtf could be causing it now... hmmm

    allowedip is configured right?
