[Help] Make people see my website

How can the people see my website? I have a static IP. I just have localhost... and people cant go on my website..

no error... i have a router... and i dont know if its okay but i used 127.0.0.1 ip to register

that was the problem!

you have to use your global ip to register, 127.0.0.1 is the ip you would use if you wanted your server/website so private only you would be able to see :)

use global ip, install again. good luck.

Router setup needs to be your local ip address.

Should show port 80 forwarded to your local ip. To test your website, you can type your local ip address into the web browser. If the Website is setup correctly, you WILL see it. To test if others can see, type your GLOBAL ip into web browser.

Global IP = =====>Router (then LOCAL IP to seperate machines)------>

my port 80 is forwarded, I put my local IP as *SQL Server Host... everytime i put my local IP in my internet broswer it works... i give my global IP to the others... but it still doesnt work! why does it do that T_T When i type my global IP to my internet browser it doesnt work..

dont put global ip as your SQL Server host put your 192.xxx.xxx.xx , Then open your ports 80 UDP and TCP. Thats all. I used to have this problem but its all cool now :D

thats what i do i put my 192.xxx.xxx.xx as my sql host thing and all! and forwareded port 80 TCP and UDP.... what do i give to my friend if they want to come on ym website? my global IP? DOES WORK! what's wrong with my comp?!

I putted my local (192....) at SQL Server Host, and what should i put now on Local host and later on website adress

ok, quick guide:
1. Delete all.
2. Download:
1. Appserver(use google)
2. Mu Web 8
3. Install Appserver(Use LOCAL IP)
4. Try to put some simple index.html file to test if it's visible.
5. go to 192.168.0.1(Your router addres)>>>Check if all right.
6. Now try to connect to your website:
Use 192.168.(Local ip)
And then use WAN IP
if it seen it's ok

Are you using Apache or something like that?

Go to C:\Program Files\EasyPHP1-8\apache\conf\httpd.conf and replace 127.0.0.1 to your IP ;)

Edit: nvm it works... i ll ask a friend to test it

Edit again: no sitll not working... but "MySQL" doesnt work in easyPHP It says "stoped" i dont know if it really matter...
