[Help] Maximum Conenction of People Depend On What?

Hey Guys! Im jsut asking that the maximum of people that can access ur server depend on what? I ahve a computer with 4GB of ram and a internet Connection of 10mbits and im wondering about how many people can i handle on my server?

Then i would think you could have about 100 -150 MAX.
