I tried to fix and by Microsoft program. Net framework 4.0 / 4.5 but not successful.

Run in compatibility mode?
and Run as Admin. see if that will work.

If not try redownloading the files. There could be so many possibilities of why its crashing missing .dll files missing netframework. Etc...
