Yes im sure because that's how i fixed it by writing the names of the items that don't show up, but make sure that you write the names in the correct place and that the bames are exactly the same as in items(eng) in client

RSLocs is right, edit ur itemtooltip_eng.bmd using magic hand tools + itemtooltip support or search for a ready one.
