You will have to learn the basics, mostly if you start following video tutorials, you can check here:
https://www.youtube.com/user/muonlinetutorials/videos
if you learn setting up season 2/3/4 server from these videos, you will probably be able to learn doing it on your own aswell.
if i tech you personally, you won't learn much cus u don't do the actions.

also please dont trust anyone, even on skype, etc... i personally won't recommend opn paying for anything related to MU yet, learn ur self, and if u really need something that takes long time and ur sure u can't do it then find a legit person who can do it for u.
