Help me to make file.php (for socket)

Hi Is there nobody here knows how to make .php file to make
(S-y)AdvancedWebShop_v09c to read socket option? I dont have Expirience for it to make a code for .php So I need someone who have expirience.. This is just a piece of cake..

You see that they can pick what kind of Socket option they want.. please help me this one..
