127.0.0.1 In 9 and 10 Link... I put my "NO_IP" and not 127.0.0.1 ...

So, when I'm connect from my comp to server, where ip's is default (192.168.1.2 or 127.0.0.1) - all OK.
But when I changed ip's in:
1. *\bin\cs.ini
2. *\data\MapServerInfo.dat
3. *\links\08- Joinserver (parameter /ca81.25.32.67 etc.)
And try to connect from another computer - disc (always)
I try to change more ip's:
iplist.dat, commonserver.cfg etc.. - didn't help - everywere errors

Someone plz tell me where I must change IP's in server and client
client I use 1.02R + 1.04H luciano patch

You are trying to connect with "LAN"?
Configure the other computers in C:/Windowns/System32/Drivers/etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.254.1 mumk.no-ip.org

I made a loopback to operate at Lan!

My Server this way ...

D:\MuServer\Data\CommonServer.cfg ( mumk.no-ip.org ... this all )
D:\MuServer\Data\IpList.dat ( "mumk.no-ip.org" )
D:\MuServer\Data\MapServerInfo.dat ( Do not place the IP in letters ... Put in numbers )
D:\MuServer\Links\3, 4, 8, 9 and 10 ( mumk.no-ip.org this all )

PS: Links ... Click the right mouse, choose properties and put your IP in letters "NO-IP" or numbers "Your IP for Internet"!


PS: Example in MapServerInfo: in Brazil my IP numbers is 189.24.30.113

PPS. what need to change in link 10 (4 example): gameserver_cs\gameserver_cs.exe EXTERNAL_IP 55970 EXTERNAL_IP 55962 55903 or what? how about other links.

I never setup server for internet. only for lan, sry for noob question

SQL works fine
*\chat.exe "external_IP" - error (couldn't connect)
*\chat.exe "internal_IP (or 127.0.0.1)" - connect fine

Login server doesn't see GS
I think, somewhere I made mistake. or my knowledge not enough. Can someone post little guide. HOW TO SETUP INTERNET SERVER with static ip. Because, I changed everything that wrote jorkay_adm and nothing else - Didn't work. What next? -Guide
