[HELP] Mu web 0.8 registration problems...

Right when i try register on my website for my mu :smurf: i enter all fields correctly email validation code everything right and no one else has used them before me and when i click register it comes up with 2 errors one saying
that account is already in use and for the 2nd
the email is already in use
but then i try log in with the account ive just made it works!!!
if anyone can be of help

try 2 Close Your MD5 And Register Again After u register Open Again MD5 and its work now no msg error
