Help MUcore (Can't registered, Webshop not working)

Help in my MUcore I download the 1.0.8 version.. Then install xampp 1.7.1 everything seems fine. Until I try to registered account this what happen.

And one more thing The WEBSHOP is not working when I go to webshop and log in my account he did nothing it's like I refresh the page..
Help please.

When I open this server He ask me for user and password.
I put my user and password but I think its wrong because when I enter.. he ask me again this user and password.. where I can get the user and password?

When I setup MUcore in the page 6 I need to my website and website name. User and password right? this is the password I enter but It not accepting.. Help me I already reinstall the xampp application to chane the password and username.. Do I need to click no in the Md5 in page 6 of the setup?

Thanks dude.. Fix now I can Accept localhost/admincp but the problem is where the hell is that MD5 here I check on the leftside table But no MD5 there..

I see the MD5 it's in the /localhost/admincp
then on the leftside click website setting and read MU Online database use MD5 Encryption click no. Is this correct? I can't still login in the website and see my webshop Help please..
