I had server 1.02 After installing New windows There is this error

search for the dll and see if you can find it in some other file and put it in the place where it needs to be.
Thats what I normally do..

It Found 21 File With that Name Which one is for server HOw can I know? & If I install windows again maybe it will fix itself?
