[HELP] MuWeb 0.8 Problem

I have already installed the Muweb 0.8 using EasyPHP
How do i get the website online?
everytime i try the link on other pc (http://127.0.0.1/xxxxxx) it says site not found but on my own pc it does work, how do i get the site so that everyone can see it?
I already have typed http://IP.no-ip.info but still nothing happening...

Is there something i must config manually on the .php files in www folder?? Plz Help!

Yuo mean i open httpd.conf and put my NO-IP ip instead of 127.0.0.1, in all camps?
Or just put my NO-IP in "Listen 127.0.0.1:80" ?

Just put "Listen noip.no-ip.info:8090" below "Listen 127.0.0.1:80"

How can i edit the level Reset permission on site to 350 ?
The max level on my server is 350 and in site can only reset with level 400...
