[Help] my no-ip address not found when i try startup.exe

pls somebody see the picture. why have error?

i used 1.02q server and 1.02q wind client

if port is 44405 then on launcher:
when i select my server inside the client its write me uo-left corner you are connected but i wait i wait and dont show me the login panel where i must type my name and password

if i use 55901 port then i build launcher then i can login and everything good, i can play and 10-15 sec disconnected me (second picture)

if i dont use my no ip adress (shadowvzs.myftp.org) and i use 44405 port then work, but every dial uping i have a new ip and i msut edit the files

information again:
i tryed everything(if i use actual ip then work properly then i think not mysql thing):

1. if everywhere is my actual ip then work fine

2. if i use everywhere my no-ip adress then i can conect to my server but client dont show me login panel

3. if i use in mapserver.dat and csconfid.cfg my no-ip adress and other place 127.0.0.1 then i can conect to my server but client dont show me login panel

conclusion something have with no-ip adress.
my no-ip adress is shadowvzs.myftp.org
i use duc 2.2.1 no - ip program

Man use you global "noip" only in connect server and in connect server. In other places write 127.0.0.1 (in startup too)

but if i write only in Connect Server \ CsConfig.ini and to other file 127.0.0.1 then others can join to my server?

Really? see my configs? I test now 1.00.16 and it's my 1.00.16 configs. All works, and "global ip" only in 2 files csconfig.ini and in mapserverinfo.dat

mysql? may be mssql? yes it's connect to base error. check your odbc

Shadow, IT's not Connect server or IP CONFIG's Error! IT's DSN/ODBC Error! Join server don't connect to DB and in game u don't see login panel.

yes but my global ip changeing every dial up and i sign up to ni-ip.org, i downloaded the progrem, i used but everytime when i write somewhere my no-ip adress i cannot login :/

not when restart my pc, but when i connect to the net. (i must change ips evreywhere including launcher and dont work with no-ip adress)
