in season 3 epsiode2 clients like q version or x version charaters have new skill tree when reaching lvl 400! so how to gain that skill points? or its not working?

if the skills are not working, then it meas that admin of the server did not yet enabled the skills to work. The newer versions are buged and laso the skills... thats the reason they do not activate them yet ... just be pacient :P
