[Help] NPCs are gone! ;/

Hi. I've just made a server on Heste Network Serverfiles. I wantet to made it on hamachi, but it did't work for my friend so I made on no-ip.org. I have hexed main and everything is working, but all NPCs and mobs are gone. Everything in MonsterSetBase is good becouse it was working on hamachi. I have writed my ip in all files that were needed. I hope you know the answer.

Dont use no-ip use sytes.net no-ip has "-" symbol it causes various errors...
